I do not just want the answer. I want to understand how we got there, what it changes, and how the pieces fit together.
I’m Joshua Price: husband, dad, Army veteran, lifelong technologist, and founder of RIKR Technology. I built RIKR around a belief that has followed me through every stage of my career: the best technology work starts with trust.

My career has put me behind a help desk, inside network closets, in leadership meetings, and across the table from people trying to make a good decision without becoming technology experts themselves.
Every role taught me something useful. The biggest lesson was simple: people do not need another vendor hiding behind a ticket. They need a partner who listens, explains the options, takes ownership, and stays with the problem until the work is done.
RIKR exists to be the technology team I always believed businesses deserved.
More than fifteen years across service, engineering, infrastructure leadership, and business ownership shaped the way I lead RIKR today.
Responsibility, preparation, and looking out for the people beside you were part of the job long before technology became the career.
Customer satisfaction and ticket data both mattered. Good support had to feel helpful to the person asking and improve over time.
Switching, routing, wireless, voice, security, servers, and the unglamorous details that keep a multi-site organization connected.
Led experienced technical teams, enterprise infrastructure, vendor relationships, cloud strategy, identity, security, and planning for a large multi-site organization.
All of that experience became a company focused on clear guidance, dependable support, practical security, and relationships that last.
I do not just want the answer. I want to understand how we got there, what it changes, and how the pieces fit together.
Knowing the technology is important. Knowing the people, their goals, and what is actually at stake leads to better decisions.
A handoff is not the same as a resolution. If RIKR is involved, someone on our team stays responsible for what happens next.
Technology is complicated enough. The conversation around it should be honest, direct, and comfortable for everyone in the room.

I founded RIKR because technology should feel like a partnership, not a mysterious abyss. In this short video, I explain why relationships come first and why our team takes a tailored, no-nonsense approach.

ContactJoshua has called me a leader, technologist, problem solver, and practicing woodworker. All four still fit. I enjoy learning how things work, building something useful, and checking the final box after a difficult problem is truly finished.
Life outside work is centered on my wife and our two kids. There is usually coffee nearby, a woodworking idea waiting for more practice, a pair of cowboy boots by the door, and a family reason behind the company I am working to build.
From our family to yours, thank you for considering RIKR.
