Support without the commute

Most IT work can happen from anywhere.

A technician does not need to be standing beside a laptop to reset an account, troubleshoot software, administer Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, deploy updates, check backups, or investigate many common problems. Remote support helps us start sooner and stay with the issue wherever the employee is working.

Everyday help desk

Employees can ask for help by text, phone, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email. We troubleshoot remotely and explain what is happening in plain language.

Proactive management

Monitoring, patching, cloud administration, backup checks, and routine maintenance continue without waiting for someone to visit the office.

Physical work, coordinated

When an issue needs someone onsite, we define the task, coordinate the right person, and remain your technical point of contact through completion.

Dispatch · Coordination · Ownership

One team. Expanding reach.

DFW covered. Texas reachable. Nationally connected.

Our delivery model starts with remote support, then adds local presence or coordinated field service when the work requires hands on equipment.

Texas reach

Across the Lone Star State

Remote support lets us help businesses across Texas. When physical work is required, we plan travel or coordinate a qualified local resource based on the location and scope.

Availability and onsite costs are agreed before the work begins.

American network

Across the country

Our growing network of hands-and-feet agreements extends our reach nationally. A partner technician can complete a defined onsite task while RIKR coordinates the technical work and communication.

Coverage depends on location, timing, and the work required.

When remote needs a hand

What “hands and feet” means.

Remote hands and feet is a practical way to handle physical work at a distant office. RIKR diagnoses the issue, documents the task, and coordinates a qualified technician near the site.

The technician might reconnect equipment, trace cabling, replace a device, collect photographs, verify indicator lights, or follow a defined installation plan. RIKR stays involved so the customer does not have to translate between multiple vendors.

A little clarity

Coverage questions,
answered.

Where we work, what can happen remotely, and when someone needs to be onsite.

Where does RIKR have staff in Dallas–Fort Worth?

Our staff are based in Fort Worth, Plano, Dallas, the Mid-Cities, and Arlington. That gives us coverage across the Metroplex without presenting each city as a separate office.

What problems can RIKR resolve remotely?

We regularly resolve authentication, account, and device issues, plus updates, mapped printers, password resets, and more. Starting remotely often avoids an unnecessary trip.

What happens when an onsite visit is needed in DFW?

We troubleshoot and triage remotely first. If a visit is required, we make every effort to arrive the same or next business day.

Can you support a business with several offices?

Yes. We use one support process across offices and remote employees, coordinating onsite help when needed.

How do you provide onsite support outside DFW?

Coverage depends on the situation, and we always make our best effort. In five years, our local partners have helped us provide support from Florida to Idaho without finding a client we could not support.

What does “hands and feet” mean?

A local partner handles physical work while RIKR diagnoses and directs it. The client keeps one point of contact.

How are partner-dispatch costs handled?

We try to minimize additional costs and generally bill back our partner cost. Whenever possible, we discuss the expense before dispatch.

Is after-hours support available?

Yes. Rotations help ensure coverage when it matters most.
