Why pay for IT support and cybersecurity?
Because your people have work to do. When you just need to send an email, having someone to tag in beats losing your afternoon to troubleshooting. For security, we’d rather help you prepare now than meet you for the first time after something goes wrong.
Do you support field crews and office staff?
Yes. We help with devices, accounts, email, and file access in the field and at a desk. Ask for help by phone, text, email, Teams, or Slack. Support should fit your workflow.
What if someone in the field cannot get online?
We guide remote troubleshooting and help identify the problem. When the internet provider needs to get involved, we can coordinate with them and, in some cases, handle that conversation for you.
Do you support SCADA and operational technology?
We’ve worked hands-on with Ignition, PLC data routing, and minor configurations. Our primary role is the network and vendor coordination. When controls specialists are needed, we represent you and help make sense of the technical conversations.
How do you manage staff and contractor access?
We handle onboarding, offboarding, and permissions around how your people work. We aim to eliminate shared logins wherever practical and apply best practices without breaking the workflow.
We have an IT person. Where do you fit?
We lighten the tier 1 and tier 2 support load so they can focus on bigger priorities. They also get tools, extra help, and an escalation point. Two heads are better than one.
What about after-hours support?
We’ve helped the guy on the rig at midnight when needed. We just try to keep that the exception. Standard support is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. After-hours emergencies may cost extra.
